01 — Overview

At Fanatics, my role has always extended beyond managing channels. I've taken on three internal leadership positions that have shaped how our Fan Services team operates, collaborates, and shows up, for each other and for the fans we serve.

02 — W.I.N. Co-Chair

Women's Initiative Network

As Co-Chair of the Women's Initiative Network, I co-led internal programming and engagement initiatives designed to foster community and professional development across the organization. This role gave me experience driving participation, coordinating events, and building inclusive spaces at the enterprise level.

03 — Founding Member, SuperBOLD Engagement Committee

Fan Services

As a founding member of SuperBOLD — Fan Services' new internal engagement committee, I helped build the program from the ground up at a department level.

Contributions include:

  • Developed Clubhouse posting processes and established consistent content cadences for the team

  • Designed on-brand graphics to support internal communications and team identity

  • Implemented collaborative procedures that elevated how the team works together

  • Advocated for and helped secure a dedicated budget for the committee

  • Drove event activations including March Madness bracket campaigns for the department

04 — IDEA Ambassador

Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Allyship

As an IDEA Ambassador, I produced internal newsletters, designed graphics, and created messaging to promote DEI events and recognize important cultural moments across the organization.
